Description
We have replacement throwbag rope available in a few different styles. If you have old rope in your throwbag, you might choose to replace it with new rope. Or, if you are making your own throwbag, we can give you a few options on the rope you can use. All the different styles of rope float.
8mm Throwbag Rope
This is similar to what most throwbags contain. The rope is a double braid polypropylene, which has a nice feel to it and it floats. This rope suits the needs of most paddlers.
8mm Throwbag Rope – Compact
We got this made up to suit the needs of people who want to have a smaller and lighter throwbag. The rope is more easily stuffed into a throwbag and it’s a bit lighter too. But, the breaking load is slightly less than the standard 8mm rope. It’s also double braid polypropylene.
8mm Throwbag Rope – Professional
If you need the strongest rope possible, you can’t go past this rope. It uses an Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene core, which gives it a huge jump in strength.
