Description
The Skua is a do-it-all sea kayak. It handles predictably, with a slight hint of sportiness. Where this kayak really shines is its ability to carry a load one day, and paddle empty the next. If you paddle mainly day and overnight trips, with the odd multiday trip, the Skua will be a great match.
The Skua is a kayak that a beginner can comfortably paddle, and the traits that make it appealing to beginners will also appeal to many advanced paddlers too. It tracks straight, but doesn’t take too much effort to turn.
Q-Kayaks designed the Skua, and manufactured it for many years. Mission have taken over manufacturing, and this is the same design as the Q-Kayaks Skua. Some of the outfitting differs between the two models, but the hull shape is identical.

This kayak fits a Day Two Red Tag spraydeck. For a more secure fit, use a Day Two Red Tag Kaituna spraydeck.

This item is available instore only. You are welcome to purchase online and then collect when it suits you.
